As early as possible. Most corporate dates book 4–8 weeks in advance, but Christmas party season and awards season fill up much earlier. I've had clients book six months ahead for key dates. The sooner you check availability, the more likely I can make it work. Last-minute bookings do happen — it's always worth asking — but if you've got a date in mind, don't sit on it.
